From there you simply bite down on the mold and send it back to them. In return they send you out a custom teeth mold just for you to use with there gel product. The cost is between 79 and 139 for most kits and the results are great.

If your teeth are not as stained then often times the Common store teeth whitening strips will work great. It will take a week or so for you to see the results but you should be quite happy with them. The over all cost for most of these over the counter products are around 35 bucks. You may still want to consider getting the custom teeth molds as the cost is only double that and the big benefit from this is you do not need to use them every other month like the strips. Once every year or at most twice a year is all that is needed.
